INA and Thomson Broadcast complete a support project for the SMTD
Thomson Broadcast, a company with a long and extensive experience in the fields of digital terrestrial transmission (DTTV), called on INA pedagogical and technical expertise to collaborate on this large-scale project aimed at supporting the digital transformation of the SMTD. SMTD staff benefited from 38 days of training on digital broadcasting from INA.
The training session took place between November 25, 2019 and February 27, 2020. For 38 days, different groups made up of staff from the 21 SMTD cooperators were trained on the INA campus. Three main themes were addressed: Network heads, Network transmission and supervision, Digital broadcasting.
INA has developed its training program in close collaboration with Thomson Broadcast in order to enable the beneficiaries of the SMTD to ensure the operability of the technical means installed in Mali within the framework of this project.
