Secretary General, Administration and Finance
The function of Secretary General is central to Ina’s operations. The Secretary General is in charge of the administration and finance of the company and corporate and international relations. He is also responsible for Ina’s six regional delegations.
Director in charge of Collections
The Collections division is in charge of the collecting, preservation and conservation of the national audiovisual heritage (public and private television and radio) and the legal deposit of television, radio and web media. His or her activities correspond to the assignments defined by the laws on audiovisual communication legal deposit.
Director in charge of Teaching, Training and Consultancy
Ina’s training, teaching and consultancy activities are grouped within one managerial department, which makes the unique expertise on the media and digital content available to a professional audience and students. Providing advice to companies and institutions in France and internationally enables Ina to meet the technical and content challenges faced by audiovisual archive holders. The management team also oversees the Musical Research Group (Ina-GRM).
Director in charge of Diffusion and Innovation
The Diffusion and Innovation division is in charge of enhancing and transmitting our audiovisual heritage. Through a number of dedicated departments, the management team addresses all types of audience: professionals, institutions, media, general public. All content is editorialised to meet the different expectations of multi-channel diffusion. This management team also handles audiovisual research.
Director in charge of Human Resources
The Human Resources management team is in charge of the management and development of human resources, dialogue, and the organisation of the corporate social policy.
Director of Communications and Head of International Affairs Delegation
The role of the Communications division is to promote and enhance the value of the corporate image and the company’s various activities. To that end, it accompanies the various departments in the conception and distribution of their messages in line with the audiences targeted: general public, professionals, students, researchers, scientists, institutions, journalists, etc. The Communications team also manages internal communications.
The International Affairs Delegation's remit is to ensure the development of all of INA's offers and services and to enhance the Institute's corporate image on international markets.
The legal department handles all of Ina’s legal actions, which are mainly in the area of literary and artistic property law, but it can also deal with civil law, labour law, business law, public market issues and administrative law.
Director of Information Systems
Information systems lie at the very heart of a media company like Ina involved in the digital world. This management team accompanies all of Ina’s activities to introduce information systems and manage their development.
Administrative and Financial director
The Administration and Financial Department draws up and provides follow-up of financial data, purchases and general overheads, in terms of safety, infrastructure management and logistics.
